Return Process

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
